Millennials today are extremely particular about their health and wellbeing. Providing a work-life balance is key to retaining these talents, and that is how the management team at IIFL along with Alcove focused on providing a space that communicates the company’s focus on the wellbeing of their employees. A Health Café and Gym on the same floor were born out of this ideology.

EnerNoc
Enernoc –now Enel X is a consulting firm that provides energy related solutions. They wanted their India office to be a cost effective, multi-functional space with a cheerful vibe. The space is planned for both open office & a few private cabins for the team managers. Keeping in mind the need to keep the design cost effective yet vibrant, the main idea was to use bright paints & graphics to make the space lively.

IIFL Office Mumbai
IIFL office in Mumbai was designed as a single unit building which houses hundreds of its employees within one space and brings out a sense of pride of associating with a company that breathes and exhales uniqueness. Design of the interiors not only provides unique ideas in planning, it also provides unique approach in usage of material and engineering solutions that optimize the performance of the building as a whole.

IIFL wanted an office space that reflects and resembles the ideologies that are followed and applied in its head office. Capitalizing the outdoor space and providing maximum benefit to all was the key concern and driving factor in designing the interiors.

Oldendorff
Oldendorff carriers one of the world’s largest dry bulk shipping company, a family owned business headquartered in Lubeck – Germany wanted to maintain their global standards and bring in the essence of their stable shipping business into the office interior space. A minimalistic, clutter free design highly focused on employee wellbeing and comfort was the solution to this design brief and all the challenges put forth.
