GPTL Kadarpur
The client owns and operates power transmission and renewable energy assets in India. Our site was located on a transmission substation in a rather rural context.
The requirement was to create a guesthouse and office block for the client on the premises.
PAKAM | GOREGAON
The first and second level were planned to accommodate the factory where as the third and fourth levels were the office space equipped with meeting and conference rooms, dining and work area. With this dual functioning on the inside that have varying requirements in terms of light and ventilation, the façade had to cater to different user requirements at various levels. Playing with opening sizes, materials and screens helped achieve this and uplifts the environment within.
