IndiGrid
A blend of industrial-elegance was the approach that Alcove took in their journey to deliver the project. Large open spaces, exposed elements, raw visible objects in metal in their true form, wood and concrete textures, this rugged and edgy yet sophisticated design style has caught the attention of millions of people across the globe. PAKAM | GOREGAON
The first and second level were planned to accommodate the factory where as the third and fourth levels were the office space equipped with meeting and conference rooms, dining and work area. With this dual functioning on the inside that have varying requirements in terms of light and ventilation, the façade had to cater to different user requirements at various levels. Playing with opening sizes, materials and screens helped achieve this and uplifts the environment within.
